Took the 1985 babies out for a bi annual check up and if necessary leather conditioning loll. Been doing this since i got them back in 08 from a seller on ebay who had them wrapped in a blanket in his attic lol. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend LEATHER HONEY. I personally attribute most of the condition to that (You can find it on Amazon now).

Ruined my day by realizing how many of my 1’s are suffering from slight heel drag on the lateral left side. Time to walk funny and adjust for that from now on.

If it’s slight, then yeah he might be favoring a side when he walks. I notice that on all my ball kicks, the front right end on my left sneaker is always cooked after playing in them after a few months. I guess I favor planting that foot down when I change directions often

just checked my work shoes and my metcons (cross fit shoes)
my heel drag evened out as i started focusing more on squats and stability workouts. my walk has changed a bit.
lifting properly helps a lot too. lots of people have messed up walks and such due to poor ab and back strength.
