I received the package Thursday, opened on Friday and contacted immediately. I got one of those standard replies "we've escalated your ticket and have pushed back the return time frame. Someone will be in contact within 2-3 business days." I'm pretty hopeful that they'll make it right seeing as how this is totally on them. Order history and everything clearly shows I purchased the 1.0 for 525. Idk how goat either let this pass through or sent me the wrong shoe in the process from getting the shoe from goat storage. They need to add another category on that punch card that they give with every purchase: correct cw

Is the box for the 2.0s too? I assume all you'd need to do is show them a picture of the box with that goat barcode sticker. Granted they can say you put the sticker on a different box, but I assume you've got a good history with them and they'll own the mistake.

I've had nothing but problems with goat. Your literally at the mercy of these people when you let stuff sit in storage, they moved one if my items once when I was trying to get it sold. Said it was enroute to another storage facility and I couldn't sell it till it was scanned back in. I don't trust them.

Sounds shady. They should just be able to ship it out to the buyer once it hits the next facility. Appreciate this post because I was recently thinking about using the storage option but not anymore.
