You should see people flipping their **** about Air Ships these days but nobody wants to hear how trash they were when they were released. No one cares, like no one will care about Taxis were checks stories

Now that they’ve shifted OG cw releases to 85s, I think JB made it clear they don’t care about the OG Highs anymore… Almost every cw has been some weird derivative or just plain trash (mostly the latter).

They’re turning them into the new Nike Dunk High with all the garbage cws they’re churning out en masse.

What's crazy is myself and many in this thread told people thats what JB was doing and we were told we were wrong and had no credibility to think they were doing that.

JB moved away from the limited production model on OG1's and as a result they're less desirable. 10 yrs of OG 1's is a lot.

JB always had bad model OG 1's it's just that a lot of these people weren't into kicks then.

and a lot of people can't seem to get that the world doesn't revolve around them, and that others may actually like a lot of colorways and sneakers they don't.

That's why I hate social media, everything has become a grail or wack. There's not a in-between and a lot of people lack free thought. They need a sneaker to sell out to feel special and validated.

There are a lot of Nike/JB sheep on NT who think the company can do little wrong (honestly maybe some of them are actual employees of the company lol) so I can definitely see this.

Idk if he was always like this but he seems like he’s just over it all and done with JB, but still can’t quit NT, so he comes in to trash everything lol. I think there’s plenty who prob feel like him but usually they leave NT… maybe return for the occasional OG classic like a Bc 3. I’m kind of going that path myself and it’s hard to quit NT lol. I’m just less vocal about hating everything

JB has given us a bunch of trash I do agree with that sentiment. I don't think those 85's fit in that category however, that's a solid shoe. I personally didn't purchase because I don't need them but it's a solid pair.
