Those CS reps are hit or miss. Got to keep trying. Try escalating the issue to a manager. If that was my pair, best believe ima get a partial refund and a worthless promo code.

**** that. I’ve lived the poor life and now a much richer life and I’m going back. The stress of making ends meet, scrounging, malnourished (eating, but crap food)... I’m not about that life any more.
