For those of you who send their DMs from a laptop/pc. What browser do you recommend and find the fastest? When showing the pop up "New Tweets" ?
Because sometimes it only shows up at 30 secs, 37 secs, etc RIGHT when they tweet it and I open it... Like the twitter system is never instant nor consistent.
