13's design is actually the best Jordan to apply the black patent leather to the toe and lower side panels, with the top panels remaining white shoe to resemble the old fashioned spat (cover). The mid-sole outrigger pods would be black and the out-sole would be the current cap and gown clear deep blue translucent color. They really missed.

I love the patent leather side. I know I'm one of the few that loves this shoe. I'm just not buying them because of the price. I would on sale.

Looks like I’m a minority as well. Just picked mine up from hibbetts. I like them but they can’t touch the 11 cap and gowns. Overall I’m happy with quality

If they had to use patent ,it shouldve been where the suede is , the rest leather & these wouldve been perfect.

Exactly what i said if those shoes were out circa 2001-2006 I would dismissed them as coolkicks.com fakes

But Jordan brand don’t care anymore about what materials they use or source from these days. So $200 is definitely a “hit em up” price hike, that we all know shouldn’t be difficult or, cause patent leather isn’t difficult or expensive manufacture since its just a shiny plastic.
