It would appear that some stores had way more pairs of banned's than they had of these.

I struck out on these at DTLR and Nike DC yesterday . DTLR said they didnt have any men sizes right before they opened even though they said they did before hand. I could of got them from some dude off CL around 1 pm for 240 but I thought I would be able to get a pair from Nike DC because they were rereleasing 6 pairs that werent picked up from the RSVPs. The head coach there pulled a slick one and scattered them around the store and I missed out on them again . I

I cant even find a reasonable priced pair anywhere in a 9/9.5 might be the worse thing though

For those of you who got your pairs in hand, what are the production dates on them. Trying to double check what caused this release to be different from what everyone thought it would be like. Chinese factories during Chinese New Year celebration and the shipping delays to retailers. The full or rest of the inventory stock of pairs probably either still in the factories or they are on their way here to the U.S.

Production dates on my pair is 8/21/2012 11/12/12

I hear you, but I'll do some research and look for banneds before I even think of reselling( last resort) . Money will get me the shoes for sure but I gotta keep the advantage of holding a hot pair like these just incase someone wants to trade.( might save me money )
