eastbay is being shady about these giftcards not being processed and they telling me my order is too far into the process to cancel it. definitly a bait andswitch type of deal

Eastbay is not stupid. They know exactly what they're doing with those gift cards...man thats messed up. They quote 24 hours and take up to 3 days tosend out an EMAIL giftcard...

Eastbay got me, too. Debating on returning them. If they give you a hassle, just do a reversal on your CC and say they did not get you the gift card in the 24hour time frame as promised on the site.
Still, when you combine the 20% off with the 8% off from Fatwallet.com, then add in another 20-30% off on a future sale, they may be worth holding onto.

It is funny....for every drop...eastbay acts shady....
FNL always releases the shoes like 30-40min early online....I have never had a problem ordering with them.....
and they always honor the codes....
I think FNL understands what it means to keep it's customer base....
I am not shilling for FNL....if I get screwed I will speak up....

i say if eastbay doesnt come through with the giftcards, cant we report to the bbc or something for not fulfilling the orders within 24 hours.

FNL ALWAYSSSSSS allows codes....
I got the X/XIII packs for $264 shipped when they dropped.....
FNL honors codes and unless they did a major website revamp...still should
I have never had an order canceled after placing it when it was released.

Eastbay screwed me too. They have been giving me the run around in my emails. I have told them to cancel the order and that they have lost a $5000/yearcustomer. If they dont cancel I will be disputing with the CC.
