San Leandro is a nike clearance store.  Must have been a bad day over there...but serious deals can be had if ur in the know or are there at the 'right time'.  

There is some NT fam that update that store often...stay tuned & good luck!

champs sports had the anniv II for 99.99 as stated above, i also saw white/blue 9s and anniv IVs for 99.99 at champs.

If I had to describe it it was like one big back wall of an outlet. Every row is like this. Just find whatever size you can in the IVs at Champs, peel the sticker off the box and exchange at FNL since they got the company-wide IV restock.  Sizes may be sparse by now but still $100 at Champs to $150 at FNL...
