HAHA....E39 by a mile. I have a e39 m5(02), and my boys dad has a cts-v(04). Handling wise, it's a big difference. The e39 is a 4000lb sedan that handleslike a sports car. Power is is about the same in both. Looks wise, I think the e39 is in the top 3 of best looking bmw ever made.The front grille on the cts-vis nice, but that's about it. The rest of the car looks so boring. Inside, the cts-v is all plastic and uncomfortable. Sound system is bose and is prettynice, but has nothing on the harmon/kardon with M audio. Reliability wise, the m5 hands down in my case. I've never had a problem with my car, except forthe thermostat. The cts-v on the other hand, had been to the shop atleast 20 times(I'm serious) and if it wasn't for the warranty, my friends dadprobably would've spent well over 15k to fix it.

I say all this based on experience, so it's not like I'm just blurting stuff.

I'm looking to sell my m5, and get into an m6 coupe. Let me know if you're interested. If you have anymore questions you would like answered, let meknow.

A8 is definitely appreciated. One of my friends recently got an 06 and took me out for a ride in it. All I can say is imo, that car is sublime. I've driven745s and S550s and I'd still cop the A8

i remember when i first seen the e46 m3 i didnt think it could get any better than that.......................

they messed around an made the e92 m3.

that car is toooooooooooo #$&*#$# nice. my fave bmw right now

yes id take a e92 m3 over a m5, m6 or top of line 7

best looking whip they got right now imo 6 is mean but the back..........eh
