They took over a week to ship out with my kith nmds
From my experience ordering from undefeated online has always been good. They usually ship next business day and my items usually arrive in 3 days as I am located in the west coast. Bought from them 8+ times and never had an issue. They might've been delayed due to the memorial day sale that was going on, so hopefully you can get your stuff sooner or later.
