Happened to me. Took about 10 days to ship. They were waiting on the item that I ordered to come in lol

Gotcha, thx. Today is the 9th day (order placed May 2nd) - emailed a few days ago asking Status, nothing..

I'm sure by weeks end or Monday it'll give my tracking, otherwise I'll be pretty annoyed..just simple communication is all I'm asking.

Bout to start buying more items myself now that I'm slowing down on buying shoes.

I personally would like to see them do a collab with Pink Dolphin. Maybe some Pink Dolphin X Bape slides, boxer briefs & of course shirts.

Lots of problems lately with the different Japan companies.  As I discussed with Alp, Remambo only seems to work on the weekends if messaged directly, which essentially affects every single Bape release.  As for Pondon, as much as I like the site in general, she responds to emails like 10% of the time, and the few that are responded to are done so with like a 5 day delay.  It's more than an annoyance if you need to contact them with a timely question that involves things like your order, payment problems, glitches on their site, etc.  You're essentially out of luck.  I think it's a one person operation, so it's the price of doing business.

Yea, pondon just said they put the wrong picture up for one of my orders and is asking me what I want so who knows how that will get sorted out

Yeah happened to me one time with pondon. Ordered a Bape swimming trunks in a Medium and then hit me saying they didn't have it only a L and begged me to take them practically lol. Glad it worked out that way cause the L fits perfect

That's why I'm glad that I ordered a bounty hunter shirt last time and got sent the hoodie, makes it easier to deal with these mistakes, happens relatively often if you order constantly off them

My most recent hiccup was a One Piece tee I bought and paid for with Pondon, got the full confirmation from their site and PayPal receipt. They wrote me later saying that it turns out someone else bought it one minute before me.......Which is odd because their site doesnt work that way (I noticed when you put an item in your cart it is removed from general availability and by all accounts is yours to purchase).

Generally their site is great, but these things happen I guess. I'll still use them since they are the best resell site out there at the moment.

Ha I don't think we were going for the same tee. We both are XXLs in the hoodies but I actually take a size L in tees. I'm 6' 5" tall so I need the XXL for length, but I wear the tees like muscle tees. Gotta show off the gym gains
