Stack up...Buy Alt coins.

I've decided to invest $50 a week strictly to BTC (Bitcoin), ETH(Ethereum), LTC (LiteCoin)..Anything else will go towards my Alt Coin investments.

small position in BTC

I will look into less popular cryptos, and choose a handful and go long on them.

Portfolio should look like 50% BTC and 5x(10% long on small crypto).

I bought heavy into riot blockchain, are you guys just keeping them in coin base or using something like USI Tech and sending them to a wallet?

Coinbase currently only holds BTC, LTC, and ETH. Most Cryptos have a specified wallet application, you have to look into each one to figure out which is best for you.

Should I wait for BTC to lower a couple hundred dollars? Or will it keep rising?

A couple of hundreds is nothing unless you're buying one BTC.

Outside of that, buy what you can then add to it as you like regardless of the market rate.
