The phone sucks, it's horrible, hell it's on clearance, enough said. 8700's JUST not got on clearance through T-Mobile basically.
phone doesn't suck, its not on clearance, the 8700 has been on clearance at carriers for over a year.

I need something new, curve is alright, just got the eternity but I need something more.

What good phones is sprint getting?...to lazy to look it up and ask the right people.

The stock aim on the Blackberry sucks..Get JIVETALK..its the closet thing to the Sk aim every..All theese answers are in response to JIvetalk

3.Download JiveTalk
4. Yes you can..And you cant set buddy icons..and everything..

BOLD FTW. Best phone out on the market right now if you are a Blackberry kind of person. Form factor wise 8900 feels good in your palm, but 3G capabilities +faster processor + perfect keyboard makes the Bold the best offering Blackberry has right now.

The Storm.....

. It will be interesting how RIM decides to invest intothe future of this product. They took a huge risk entering this "media" market and in no way shape or form did it put a dent on the Iphone'sdominance in the multimedia world. At he end of the day Berry users and I phone users are segregated by those who value communication more or media more. Stormdidn't change that one bit. If RIM is smart, it's too late for the Storm to take off, they need to invest heavily in a true touchscreen OperatingSystem and have that ready for their next generation 2010 touch screen phone. To even compete w/ Apple they need a cult following to generate interest in theApps market. Personally, if I was RIM I would ditch the touch screen idea entirely, Berry users don't have time for touch screen games when we have thebest communication device on the planet (BBM

.) Gimme the necessary Appsand I'm good. Qwerty physical keyboard FTW

I tested my 8900 against my girls Bold....

and getting to Niketalk is just as fast on the 8900 as it is on the Bold.

Can somebody hook it up with that L theme for the 8900?

Unless you are a long time customer with them, they will most likely not give it to you, but as the above poster stated, give them a call and seewhat happens. And if it doesn't work the first time, try try again until you've called them about 20 times and they all tell you the same thing. Andthere definitely are updates out there. http://www.crackberry.comhttp://www.crackberry.com

i have been using the 8900 for the past few days now.

honestly played with the storm (dad has one)

and being a faithful sk user for past few yrs... I needed to upgrade. was tired of it.

SO HAPPPY MAN.. SO HAPPY

i just hate the sound profile's

hate the net browsing........

People who didn't like the Storm, should try it out now. The recent batches that I have seen have been flawless from a quality perspective. I stillremember people's screen wouldn't click and you could see the circuit board on a a lot of them. No software glitches either but the phone still bogsnow with too many apps open but I think that happens with any smart phone.

I hated the phone in the beginning but after RIM stepped their quality game up I bought one and I'm in heaven.

I had a Samsung Omnia for a minute and the Storm #%##% on that phone.

I finally see why people follow Blackberry religiously.

Anybody go from an iPhone to a Blackberry? If so, to which model and how have you liked the switch?

I like my iPhone, but it seems everyone that has a Blackberry is obsessed with it, not to mention I'll more than likely have a professional job at the endof the year and it feels like the Blackberry is more prevalent in the business world...

...any help would be great guys...thanks in advance...

if you know you are going to get a job then get a blackberry, id say bold, but you dont have to get it now, most likely the bold will soon drop inprice

i own the iphone and i really want a blackberry bold, i just like getting my emails right away, although i dont email much, the only thing stopping me is thegreat data plan with t-mobile, i cant get that with the blackberry

any 8900 users pick up any sweet cases? i see tons on ebay.. but i dont want to fall for their cheap quality stuff.

For those with the 8900, how is it typing on it? I saw it in the store last week, and thought it would be a little too small for my tastes.
