Im gettin a curve in a couple of weeks through verizon..My Tmobile contract ended today and i just officially cancelled..Sidekick was good to me for 5 yearsthough.. but yeah..My curve is gonna cost me around 135 wit a one year contract(so i can upgrade to the BOLD in a year) and my bill will be about 78 dollars amonth with unlimited sms and mms and the BIS plan.. UPS discount FTW!!!!

i think the 8300 series are newer than the 8800.

i just got the curve a few days ago for free and its pretty easy to use. if ur computer savy, its an easy phone to use

2 yrs. they dont offer 1 yr contracts anymore unless u specifically ask for one... then they'll most likely jack up the price

8800 is nice but it doesnt have a camera at all.

I was trying to send an MMS to some buddies but I want to send it as a string of pics, not as a slideshow...Is there a way or a program that will allow me tosend multiple pics not as a slideshow but just as a continuous string of pics that you might find on something like a webpage?

where do i download ringo? for ringtones? I can't download any from myxertones.com unless I have that I heard my boy told me.

If I download the new os on my curve, will I lost all my saved text/mms messages I have? Thats my only concern I have about downloading it.

^make your own tones. use a .wav editor to chop up mp3s and upload them to your phone thru the desktop manager

I use the .wav editor with came with nero.

And guy that asked about the loading the new os, I'm pretty sure it will give you the option to backup your messages and load them back on to your phonewhen loading the new os. I can't remember from when I loaded 4.5 on my curve. You can check around on blackberryforums.com to be sure

You can format them either way.
I do mine as .mp3 at 128kbs mono

Question though -- Using an 8330, how do I get pics from my memory card over to my cpu?

It's been a long time since I've had a memory card, word to using the Treo 600

. I've been BB ever since those days but never hard the card asan option so i'm gettin used to this thing again.

^ just connect your BB to your cpu and if you go under my computer it should be an F drive named blackberry

ive tried watching videos on my BB from youtube but when i click on watch video iits goes to my media player but nothing comes out . someone help me out plzz

NT I'm having a slight problem.

My boy sent me a ringtone to which I saved to the ringtone section in Media.

I tried deleting the song but no matter how many times I press delete it simply wont remove.

Any ideas? Thanks!
