My catalog is so backed up it aint funny: Seems like I'm always too busy to get some reading in. At this point I'm just collecting to be collecting. Still have to finish up reading
1. Bankshot
2. Luke Cage
3. The Defenders
4. Falcon
5. Go Go Power Rangers
6. Iceman
7. Spider-Men
8. Ghost Money
9. The Hard Place
10. Genius Cartel

Said a while back I was tired of Batman stories, but man this White Knight story was on point. Would love to see this story turned into an animated film.

Caught up in Thor.

Janes Tun was good. She went out with style. Just finished 706. Interested how they will bring back mjolnir

Can’t wait to dive into these two books

Decided to read All New Wolverine. Kind of an up and down run. Some of the art has been .

The first arc and the last couple of issues have been really good though.

Went a little crazy with the new #1 for Black Panther. Grabbed every cover that GeorgeTown Comics had on their EBay page. That’s my main go to for comics now.

How is Black Panther? My local shop sold out.

And smh at Marvel for pricing Amazing Spider-man #800 at $9.99.

This better be a legit ending to this story arc.

Jeez. And I thought comics were expensive in my collecting days (1991-97). I was legit upset when covers had $2.95 just because of the foil covers or hologram card on it.

Yeah, I get it. Epic #800 but $9.99? That was kind of hard for me to accept.

Sucks how DC went back to $3.99. Curious if that will affect sales in Bendis’ new Superman comic.

Descender #30 was good. Bummed that the series is ending at #32.

Saga was okay. I may just go back to the trades and deal with the long wait.

Have yet to read ASM #800 and the remaining issues of Barrier.

Finished Vol. 5 of Deadly Class. Really liking this book.

They justify it with all the extra pages.

It was only a matter of time EC decided to stop losing money.

And yeah, Bendis comics will make an extra buck on every sale now :lol

Im enjoying Doomsday Clock so much I'm gonna order the Watchmen tpb soon. I never read it.
Anyone else liking Gideon Falls?

I personally like that GameStop is making this move. There's no comic shops anywhere near where I live so I would finally have a place to purchase comics in person.

There are pros and cons.

Really prefer to keep the comic book sales with the local shops.

Finished Amazing Spider-Man #801. What a solid run from Slott and glad he had Marcos Martin do the artwork for that issue. Love his work.

Also just finished Saga #53 and WHAT AN ENDING.

I dont read many graphic novels, but here are some of my suggestions for these genres.
Alot of these have nice collected editions too.

Sci-Fi: Black Science (Great story by Remender and Scalera is one of the best artists in the game imo)

Political: Ex Machina (Really cool tale about how the world's first superhero becomes mayor of NY after 9/11)

Coming of Age: Blankets (Could not recommend this GN enough. Autobiographic tale of the author. This is a graphic novel, so you can finish the whole story in one book)
