I camped out 16 hours outside of HOH Galleria to end up buying the Nerfs two sizes too small. A damn 7.5!
It's always unorganized there because the security don't know how to do their jobs correctly. I was number 16 in line and was brought in with the "second group", but turns out like 5 people that didn't camp out all night sneaked in with the first group. I should have had my size or something WAY better than this damn 7.5, man.

So let me ask you, so the mall security handled letting people into the mall? My man said he showed up & was inside before he found out that there were people who had already been camping outside.

Yeah, fam. I hate going to this mall for shoes, but I had no choice this time. We're not allowed to wait inside of the parking garage even though there's a ramp and a mini-road next to the doors, so we had to wait on the sidewalk of the street outside of the parking garage all day and night. The security and police knew that there were about 50-70 of us in line, but they still decided to have ONE security guard escort 10 of us at a time from the street all the way inside the mall. But turns out about 5 people that weren't there all night sneaked in with the first group, because the stupid security guard was not paying attention. When I was finally brought in with the "second group", I seen two people walk out with bags that were not in line at all. I was HEATED, but there was nothing I could do.
Then the worker that "took care" of me said that there was only a size 8 and 14 left, so I asked for the 8. Then the guy in front of me took the last 8, so I just took the 7.5. THEN, I see a different worker bring out a 13 for a guy behind me. I was like, WHAT THE HELL?! I wear a 9.5/10, but I had all kinds of bad luck, man.
I really wanted these Nerfs and I'm a huge fan of KD and his shoes. It's ridiculous how all of a sudden I have to camp out now for them, but it was bound to happen sooner or later. It was a bunch of high school kids in front of me that didn't even know KD played for UT, but yet they're sitting there bragging about their collections and how they skipped school.

It's a dirty game. My mans was actually one of the cats who skipped line. He flew out there from here in Charlotte early Friday.The way he explained it, he lined up behind some dudes INSIDE the mall that night. He says after a few hours, some dudes left & he moved up. Couple hours after that he said is when he found out about people outside. So when he went out there some dudes was telling him where the back was. His perspective was like, yo I just flew down here... so somehow he got back in & waited for the first group of 5 then he slid behind the 5th dude. He said when he was walking out, security tried to press him and said he was banned from the mall.All in all, its a dirty game. Malls aren't really prepared for the crowds that these type of releases bring & there's always gonna be someone getting a raw deal. I hate that happened to you though fam.DF!!!
