Agreed. Watched it again recently. Goku gets everyone's strength(not the first time this has happenedThe ending of the Broly movie was one of the biggest let downs
) and he One Punch Man's Broly, fight over. :x

Overall quality of the films dropped as time went on. The first five are all solid in my opinion, after that you start to get into the dark times, with **** like Second Coming, Bio-Broly, and Wrath of the Dragon. Bojack Unbound wasn't great either, since Bojack, as I mentioned before, didn't do much as a villain. Return of Cooler, Android 13, and the first Broly movie are all decent though. I honestly feel like Fusion Reborn could have been better from the point of Vegeta's entrance up through Gogeta ending the fight.
The tv specials, Bardock Father of Goku and History of Trunks, were definitely standouts though.

Cooler''s a villain who I wouldn't have minded seeing with his own arc/saga in the main series.

I gotta say Saipan saga Vegeta and Garlic Jr are my favorite characters. I also liked the concept of the Tree of Might, but Turles wasn't a good villain. I would've liked to see that movie made into an expanded arc
Frieza was good just from the standpoint that he really came off as evil and at any moment he could pop off

I think it depends which Cell. The first Cell was good. Second Cell was somehow dumber. And Perfect Cell was just a boring shell that only existed to fight Goku/Gohan. Like heck I don't even think he was a villain at that point. He was just an obstacle to continue the show

Bro, Tree of Might had the sickest promos on Toonami. And some of the best fighting.
Plus that first time that Goku uses the Kaioken and breaks everyone's scouter

The Most Dangerous / Threatening Buu is the Final Kid Buu who expels Fat Buu out of him once and for all
The Strongest Buu might be the one with the highest power level,
however... When he absorbs beings, he not only gains their powers, but their minds/personalities/hearts too
He has the intelligence of Piccolo, the goofiness of Gohan Goten Trunks,
and all of their good hearts and will, in addition to Fat Buu's good heart too (which he got from the Strongest Kai who had the purest heart)
The Strongest Buu would probably just fight the strongest warriors, but wouldn't intend to destroy everything in his path.
Pure Form Base Kid Buu is a psychopath and embodiment of evil
or personification of evil
He would destroy anything and you can't reason with him
He doesn't understand or know anything
All he knows is evil
Destruction
Nothing else.
And I think Toriyama pulled that Buu stuff off great,
because to this day,
there's still debates on who the strongest Buu is
