Official DragonBall Z Thread. R.I.P Akira Toriyama. You will be missed

I thought more would've happened in that episode. Blah.

Are they showing that game at E3 or Tokyo show?

Bruh freeze is a gotdamn G

Dude is the sauciest villain in the damn series.

He was slipping on the sauce today. I liked when he had the laser flying.

I hope the spoilers aren't true.

So much Hand slipping

That 17 x Krillin scene was iight

And villain Goku strikes again ready to lie about the deal he made with Freeza

Then puts two children on a dangerous island ain't even ask they parents just said "Hey you wanna go to a island with Monsters"

I'm kind of hoping for a filler episode during the tournament about Trunks and Goten protecting the island.

They definitely put some nice talent in charge of his golden transformation scene.

Was his power up even that epic in the Resurrection of F flick? :lol (Genuinely asking since I had never watched it.)

DBS Manga is based on the anime. Its not like Z or DB

So all the BS will be in the manga as well

The manga is mad different from the Anime IMO...
Toyotaru changed a bunch of key stuff in it.

The manga is at the part where Vegeto defuses while fighting Zamasu,
but there are major differences in the manga from the anime

Both Vegeta and Goku can go Super Saiyan God (red hair)
and Vegeta learned a strategy of being in God form and alternating
to Blue when he strikes and alternating back to God, because in the
Manga, Blue drains energy like SSJ3

Also, they skipped the Frieza Arc in the manga.

Bulma explains time travel differently or more descriptively in the manga as well. She said something like the 2 timelines are linked together, and although the connection between the 2 has been getting weaker, every second that passes in 1 timeline, passes in the future in sync as well. This was important to note because they had left someone behind in the Future, and the plan was to just skip time right before Black & Zamasu kills ppl if they do end up killing them— Not possible due to the timelines being in sync

Toyotaru incorporated a bunch of references in the manga
Star Wars references, Dragon Ball AF references,
Z references like for example:
When Supreme Kai created the strongest material in the Universe
and got Goku to throw it at Gohan
and Gohan broke the Z Sword when hitting that block

Well, Zamasu created a bunch of those and throws them at
Goku & Vegeta in the manga

there's a bunch of stuff that's different
Goku hasn't even layered Kaioken over SSB (yet?)
I don't know if Toyotaru is gonna incorporate Kaioken layered over SSB

I think next chapter (which comes out in 2 weeks)
will show whether or not Trunks channels into
Super Saiyan Ikari (Rage)

The score is probably better but NOT the animation. In the movie, he just powered up and everything went white etc all of a sudden he was gold. Here you could actually see him transormed

Gohan been a dweeb naturally since birth....

From his birth to until he headbutted Raditz during that 1 second
and then a dweeb all the way until fighting Cell when he was 11 years old
for like what, 30 minutes.

Being such a dweeb by nature, he went onto be the corny *** Great Saiyaman
and remained a weakling dweeb until Elder Kai unlocked his Ultimate Form

And then Gohan again, returns to his dweeb *** nature until
Piccolo gets Gohan to snap out of it and re-unlock Ultimate again

Gohan a geek b... He's very caught up with his half-human side which Chi Chi nurtured him into being a nerd

Gohan been a non-dweeb for a whole hour cumulitivately (if at that) in his whole lifetime

The more I think about it, the less I think Freiza on this team works.

17 and Piccolo's feud in DBZ is soooooooo unappreciated. They went INNN

Yeah. 17 & Piccolo made me get the chills.
Was like damn!

Frieza is definitely top 10 or top 5 villian. His whole evil character came to light even more so. Punching goku straight into the stomach, loved that Goku returned the favor. Hahahaha dope
