they're not focusing on him on purpose, there are bigger fish to fry in the game... he's not usually the first option on most plays, you'llsee.. they're making brady have to goto him as a 2nd or 3rd option, and when you're focusing so much attention on a guy like Moss, the other playerswill have an easier time getting open and making plays. That's just football, you gotta give up something.
