That's kind of weird.  Most merchants only need the zip to match for approval.  However, if you live in an apartment, I've found something as minuscule as putting "# xxx" instead of "Apt xxx" when a full address is needed for something can cause problems.  Did you end up getting this resolved?  Curious as to what the problem was.

Just my $.02, I always try to run to the grocery store and just buy a Nike GC or if it's not a rush/limited sizes, buy a GC for the purchase price off NDC. This prevents my cc info from being in anyone's possesion at the outlet and I never have to worry about the different billing/shipping issue if I want it shipped somewhere else than my home.
