Depends on the cheese your using. Say you have regular cheddar, I mean thats good but you can do better. A sharp cheddar, pepper jack, or even a white american would suffice as a good replacement. Why stop their tho if you can go for a cheddar/mozzarella mix. And we can also try out different hams or turkeys. Smoked, honey, or regular depending on your preference. Add a couple grapes and well, you my friend are eating a five star meal.
