Official FUTURE A1/FBG Thread

I've never really paid attention to producers like that before, but damn near all of Metros beats I've listened to mostly sound the same. It's like hes using the same drum pattern, just with a different sound in the background.

Gah damn :x why Future spaz on Jumpman like that?

She was tryna join the team I told her waitttt
Chicken wings and fries we don't go on dates :hat :hat :hat

Future really carried Drake from beginning to end.

Yes, Im not the biggest Drake fan, but I did think IYRTITL was flames front to back

Nobody "carried" anybody.

Leave it to yall to try to make a collaboration into a competition.

btw this thread been boomin since 2011. brazy brazy

if this didnt have drake on it....lmao at opinions then.

awwsome awwsome if they feel that way they feel that way tho. I didn't see u saying that in the drake thread when multiple dudes said drake carried this tape or "saved" these songs.

That's bs too, they both came with it and like I said its a collaborative project meant to be enjoyed, not everything is a competition.

Drake and Future been getting money all year together on tour, it ain't about carrying nobody it's just about making events for rap.

No matter how you feel, this record is an event in hip hop and pop culture as a whole and only because it's both of them not because of either one.

It's funny seeing some of the early reactions because I already know this album will age well and a lot of yall will see it for what it is.

Sonically it's just an enjoyable album, it ain't trying to change the world, Drake and Future just doing a victory lap and encapsulating that energy in a musical project.

This **** has the energy of two people who are at the top of what they dedicated their lives to and you can hear it throughout. it's inspiring for young people around the world that one biggest albums of the year was produced by a 22 year old and a 26 year old.

It premiered on Apple Music so it was streamed to millions of people around the world all at the same time.

I feel like it's a perfect representation of the times we're living in.

I'm not trynna hear none of that **** because when wtt dropped people were doing the same thing. Its still a large portion that feel ye carried that tape. People only say **** like that when someone says future carried drake cuz like I said I've read multiple comments in the drake thread talking about how he saved x song. Its an opinion let it rock, I think they both carried it tho, to the recycling bin of mediocrity.

Future my guy and all but I always call spades spades, its pretty corny of him to wait and diss meek when he was around drake if that was really a shot. If he felt some type of way those dudes were in the same building that night he could've checked that **** right there. Son even cleaned it up saying it wasn't a shot but idk these street rappers forgetting how to keep it street man.

This...I thought Future was smart enough to not make an album with Drake. He jumped in the middle of the beef and now he just setting himself up for the "only time you went plat, my name was on the album and that's an actual fact" line later on when him and Drake fall out AGAIN. Especially with it sonically sounding like a typical Future tape. Drake really be playing Chess with these dudes and most of them too dumb to see it.

U right I listened to it 4x all the way through listening to y'all. Cmon will man it will grow on u, remember codeine crazy man cmon man. This **** ain't growing nothing but mold from being in the trash can. Ah man its an event, its a hip hop carnival man, future n drake are magicians. ***** man they marketed the hell out of a mediocre project and got paid, I ain't even mad at dudes no more. Public so easily gassed they might as well do it 3 more times.

If anything it made me throw 56 nights back in so it served some purpose. I kinda let the 4 peat go for a min after all this new music being dropped.

Is Drake the smartest rapper in the game? He might be honestly.

Bro I rock with you but :{.

On another note: Young Thug "I Mean" > "Live From The Gutter" I like both but I give Thug version the edge

Thug mixtape is better than this tape

the more I listen to it, the more I like it but I will say it's not a 5 peat :lol

IMO Future's track on Weak Millz album goes harder than this whole album.  #flamesuiton
