Apparently, Nick Cannon introduced Gucci to the screenwriter, Harmony Korine. Who made Gucci the main villain in the movie, Spring Breakers.

Harmony Korine also wrote Kids, Gummo and directed the "Last Time" video with Gucci and Travis Scott .

I like Honest though so I've never had any problem with him in this lane.

In fact, I was hoping that he would take the improvements he had been making as an artist and bring them over into his R&B joints and this is pretty much in the vein of what I was looking for.

Kind of like "Lie to Me."

Repped off the strength of the "I Be U" mention

"Rich $ex" is definitely another example.

I feel like this isn't nearly as strong of a song as the others we've named, but all of them (except I Be U obviously) take elements of his music from Monster forward and bring them to his R&B-esque songs in a way I enjoy.

I don't see this being a song that he's leading a project with. He isn't even acknowledging it on his IG or Twitter (anymore?)
