The refs really took us out of our groove. Taking out Artest I knew he pretty much just lost right there.This was just a bad game all around. I don't knowwhat Wafer said but he should have kept his mouth shut so we could have contributed late in the game. The shots he hit in the first half really helped us out.Yao needs to figure out a way to just stay in front of Gasol so he can go to work. Once again we just turned the ball over too many times.

I'm ready for game 3 and am going to do what I can to try and go.

This is going to be one helluva series.

Glad to see the Lakers finally show some passion. It looks like the game one loss really woke the Lakers up. The intensity shown in the second half is what theLakers need to win a chip this season. The Lakers definitely gotta take home court advantage back on Friday or Sunday.

With that said, the Rockets are much better than I thought they were. They play with much heart, so big ups to them. I like whoever comes out of this series tomake it to the Finals.

And the fact that it was Kobe that did it to him only makes it worse.

He (RonRon) better not get suspended.

Possibly... but a blind elbow to somebody riding your back is a lot more innocent than a two-hand shove to the back of your neck while riding you towards thehoop on a rebound.

Both essentially got away with a dirty play there.. but while Kobe handled his retaliation during the play, Ron saw fit to run over to Kobe and make a HUGEscene and not stop til he was thrown out.

Exactly. We had horrible turnovers tonight and once the Lakers decided to resort to dirty tactic we lost control of the game. Yao played like crap. Scola was ok. Landry should of gotten more pt. Von should of shut the hell up. But all in all I'm encouraged by my team. Give it up to the Lakers and Kobe for coming out and winning a must win game for them. I doubt they wanted to come to Houston down 0-2. And I can almost bet that people are going to start flip flopping and saying oh game one was just a fluke, they Lakers got this, yeah right. Outside the 2nd quarter, we played like straight crap. and before the game got out of hand we had our chances.
The only "rockets" fans that arent here, arent rockets fans.

The Lakers came out fast and in the 2nd we got it back. But then that damn third quarter killed it for us. The beginning of the 4th wasn'tmuch better. I'm not dissapointed at all, if anything I'm as optimistic as I've ever been about this team. And Retro you're right on the fanpoint.
