Again... if you seen the highlights you see Kobe boxing out Artest, Artest attempts to get in front of Kobe by stepping around him and using his own elbow tohook him (around his upper chest neck area) when Kobe does the same and connects with his elbow. Thats how you battle for postion and elbows happen.


Houston is a good scrappy defensive team. Scola in the post looks good, Yao is unstoppble and Artest while playing on meds, is killing the Lakers.

Here's the thing. Yes Fisher LAID OUT Captain Caveman! Yes, Kobe got a bow in on Artest and there will be action taken. Expect Fisher to miss game three, Icompletely do. Normally I don't agree with that kind of play going on but you know what Scola deserved that for all the junk he does after the shot.

I actually have a lot more respect for Artest, he normally keeps his cool and normally he doesn't brag about hitting big shots and I completely expect himto.

Why did he get ejected? I think he was motioning that he wanted to kill himself for saying Roy was better than Kobe is all...

On the other hand Kobe almost killed us this game, he saved himself by hitting his jumpers and completely being on fire tonight. I was not liking how he wasforcing the issue at the end of the second Qrt though. I thought he needed to pass the ball out of those situations. I think he takes this series and matchuppersonal and that can be good and bad. He lets it cloud his judgement.

Lakers better come to play game 3 though because the Rockets crowd is going to be bananas.

P.s. Was it me or was the Lakers crowd FINALLY into the game tonight from start to finish it seemed.

Ska - i was here.. on NT... when Shaq and Kobe were together... and you never heard a word around these parts about Kobe being a "dirty humanbeing".

All of a sudden the Shaq/Kobe feud takes off... Kobe has the trouble with his wife and Colorado... and ever since he's a marked man around these parts,with an entire camp of "haters".
