I don't know who's death I anticipate more, that BA Little Finger or Cersei. Jon, Dany & Tyrion would make a great team btw. Plus; I think Cersei & LF are the only two keeping people divided. Once they're out of the picture everyone can focus on the real threat beyond the wall.

Oh, don't think that wasn't done on purpose...

Carcetti is public enemy #1 this upcoming season & by default all those who support him.

Banners have been called & staked, b.

This was explained way better in the book. This was for several reasons which could have potentially been a great power move. Without spoiling too much to not hurt feelings. Even with the tyrells there. Kings landing was losing support. The people were rioting more and more. This not only reeled the commoners back in line but was supposed to give her another personal army. Lancel pretty much screwed her though. And with them being armed there wasn't much that could be done. They ended up outnumbering everyone.

Her brother
I think a lot people miss this. And the show does a phenomenal job at this with his character especially in season 1 &2. But a lot of the times he's being snarky or condescending, it's more of a defense mechanism. And what the show does is show his facial expressions of like damn no one understands me. In the book you get don't eat his chaps til later but you get inside his head more. So comparing both and actually paying attention. His story is a story of redemption.

I don't think it's that. Her plotline stalled in Meereen, .
Khal drogo made her better in season 1. Everything after that she has technically done more harm than good. That's why she gets no respect.
She basically destroyed a continent. Just to get to another continent to take over and destroy. All for somewhere and something she's never seen and thinks she deserves. Her story imo is useless other than the fact of being back dragons to life.
She is also low key going mad her self.

And for those blaming bed and his wife for being stupid. That's a show thing.
Blame Sansa. Since season 1.
And then rob

:lol "Mother of Dragons," "Breaker of Chains." She started losing people when her self-appointed nickname count went past 4

Her full title is like 2-3 lines long in the glossary of the books. The girl is full of herself.

Her husband had a better title. Khal Drogo The Clapper of dany's Cheeks.

Daenerys Stormborn of the House Targaryen, First of Her Name, the Unburnt, Queen of the Andals and the First Men, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Breaker of Chains, and Mother of Dragons.

Simplifying things a bit don't you think?

She's the last living member of the royal dynasty that was wrongfully overthrown by a Baratheon (a house, ironically enough, that was promoted to nobility by Aegon Targaryen). She grew up following an abusive brother that was mocked as the "Beggar King." Many in Westeros would welcome the return of Targaryen rule. Why the hell would she not try and claim that?

Not at all
She had absolutely no desire to go back. It was because of Viserys she even thought about going back and that still wasn't til after he died/figured out she could have dragons. Also a bit of Norah feeling her in on the history
So the ambition to go for her was literally created over night.

Baratheon brothers also had a targareyon mom. So as far as family's next in line it would have been them anyway.
Deserves it is the keyword I used. Yea she had a royal dynasty. But they got the throne the same wAy Rob baratheon did.
So no she deserves nothing. There wouldn't have been a rebellion if not for the targareyons being so up and down. A look in the history will show you there were only about a good 5 who were legit good kings.

Nah, end of the day either due to Viserys talk of royalty and what they deserve or becoming delusional when Drogo died and the dragons were born Dany straight up acts like she's owed Westeros.

If she didn't have dragons I still feel she'd be on some destiny shut just to force that trek. On top of that she has the typical revolutionary political stance but still wants a monarchy.

Far too arrogant. Not enough smarts or even cleverness.

She should be thanking the old gods and the new that Varys is blindly loyal to the good of the realm and that my boy Tyrion didn't end up north when he had to escape his execution.

Abuse from your own damn brother don't change much. Nor does a family she never new being ousted or killed really factor in to her decisions.

I see where you're coming from. But there would have had to been a catalyst for her to care. It would have been ilryo (sp?). But he had more to gain at the moment from Viserys.
But from what we knew of her in the beginning she even told us how much she was content and just wanted to chill.

They didn't have a Targaryen mom. But yea they would have had one of the more stronger claims to the throne being distant cousins to the Targaryens.

^ i thought bloodlines were just a weak excuse tho. Like jamie or ned could have sat on the throne before robert but chose not to right?

Yeah they could have. I'm sure their would have been issues with that but for the most part I don't think anyone would care. Robert would have been happy with Ned as King and him being at the high table whoring and drinking but that wasn't Ned nor Jaime.

Nah Jamie was KG. Don't think he could have taken the throne.

Yeah but kingsguard aren't supposed to slay the king either. You can try to do what you want in that world and see if people stop you.

Right. I meant he couldn't as in nobody would have been ok with a KG killing the king and taking the throne for himself.

You can try anything in this world and see if people stop you.

I think his father would've been the one to smack him and tell him to get off the throne. tywin don't play that.

A Lannister on the throne? Nah. I think the moment that Tywin would have smacked him was when he wouldn't marry to produce an heir.

Just finished ep 9, S1 :{

Robb shoulda ended Jamie right then and there man.

RIP Ned.
