I think Melisandre might've already mentioned who the enemy of R'hollor is in one of the episodes. It's easy to figure out when you think about it, makes a lot of sense.

Without having read the previous books?
If so I wouldn't recommend it, there are slight changes from book, and a lot more detail and background in books where you would be lost often if you just picked up in middle of book 3.

scene prior to that was arya racing to find jaquen to kill the guy who took the note saying robb was on the move...

now this season she's writing again. and at the same time roose is starting to turncloak saving jaimee....

Possibility, but why wouldn't that letter have been in Valyrian, or can Arya read Valyrian?

Either way, the movements of Robb and such a large army, could be leaked by anyone of the thousands there. Or found out through scouts. Not saying Talisa definitely wasn't involved, but the intel in that letter Arya read could of been from anyone.
