It unlocked all the vehicle ehancers, but it didn't even unlock paint jobs and bumpers...i thought it unlocked that also

The army colors like forest green and olive you have to win one air race, metallic colors I believe it's win one rally race, and the others I believe it's unlocked at higher rankings

Gotta race with motorcycles it unlocks all mods regardless of class
