Just finished the campaign 
Picked the "Deathwish" Option / Option C. I think I went from 70% to 100% completion as a result... I don't know, credits have been rolling for about 15 minutes now.

Collect all the cards and you get the high roller outfit and about 60k in chips
I'm missing one card and I can't for the life of me figure out where. I followed that same guide too

Forgot to update but I won it last night doing the wheel glitch. If you don't win just close the app and restart. You will get another try. Rinse and repeat. Also works with casino games. Bet the max and if you win back away from the table and change your outfit so you can save your winnings. If you lose close the app.

Horse race glitch:
1. Choose your horse
2. Scroll over to place bet and press X / A on the right arrow to increase your bet
3. While still holding X / A immediately press down on the d pad to start the race (the speed doesn't really matter since the glitch will still work regardless but if you press down as soon as the bet increases to 200, you'll risk less money
4. Continue holding X / A until the race is over.
5. The game will think you bet the max amount of chips so if you win you'll win the max payout. If you lose you'll only lose 200 chips (or whatever the amount was before you hit down on the d pad
I tried it out earlier and won over 500k in 30 minutes
