In all sports you gotta play to win and keep piling it on. When you start playing not to lose that’s normally when you lose. Rangers goofed. Fully expect Avs to close it out tonight.

A combination of that, injury to Nurse and Drai, only having this new, "great" coach for the back part of the season, running into the Avalanche, and making it to the WCF, which is further than they have maid it since McD has been there. Also the fact they dismantled Calgary seems to be more important to them than anything.
"where would McDavid go? This team is his best shot!"
Delusion after delusion. The Oilers are a bottom 8-12 team without McDavid. Nurse's contract is an anchor, but I guess at least they get of Koskinen this summer.

Outplayed and Outshoot by mile on the road to the defending champs and still lost in the last minute of the game. Not a big deal unless you expected a sweep. Trubs with his worst game ever he’ll bounce back next game. Strome and goody look to be ok and will play tomorrow.

I wasn’t expecting a sweep. But for as good as the Rangers looked in games 1 and 2, it legit felt like they let a golden opportunity slip by yesterday.
If they go up 3-0 it’s all but over. This Tampa team is beatable, but they’re not going to go down easy. Curious to see how the Rangers bounce back tomorrow.
Hopefully Edmonton wins tonight. Even if they just delay the inevitable and get blown out on Wednesday, at least make that series somewhat interesting.

as a pessimistic rangers fan them giving up that game after going up 2-0 could be their demise
this team has a lot of talent and if their young kids mature we’ll see a cup in the next 5 years
but to let a veteran dynasty team like tampa back into the series when they could have been down 3-0…that could have been the series IMO
