Don't think Dar sent the guy to kill Quinn. Not sure about the bomb. But Dar and General T-Bag work closely together, I wouldn't be surprised if he was somewhat involved.

Quinn, no. That was what Quinn was listening to. Dar was upset he tried to kill Quinn, and the guy was more upset he was discussing it on a unsecure line. He was covering loose ends.

The only thing I'm not really enjoying in this season is variant Alex Jones. Like what's his endgame? To make America hate the president elect? Is he trying to start a war, and if so for what reason? Is he a part of the CIA? The character would have been better served as a pawn of Dar's imo.
