H&M has been making that jacket and most of its fall collection jackets for the past 5 years, and Old Navy has done that jacket over and over as well.
As for the quality, the H&M one is piss poor quality. The hood doesnt add anything and never stays like it does in that pic. Not to mention, it fades andgreys so easily.
The Old Navy one fits TERRIBLE. I'm 5'7 and my size Large fits way too long and a Medium fits perfect on the length and waist but is tight as hell.

No, I don't own a ToJ varsity and I am still waiting for the brown/navy W&H Varsity.
I was going to get a ToJ in black grey like the other W&H varsity color, but then I saw the Krane Laird Varsity and was going to get it but the damn thingsold out in my size quick so I might just order from ToJ later on instead.
