thanks, its night and day, it may not be for everyone, it def feels lighter and like you are wearing less. no support anywhere. like you are not really wearing anything at all.. if that gives you an idea. feels good for just wearing everyday though. i probably can use it for running but i would have to get use to it. but i think thats the whole point of the 3.0, give it a shot. in the end i would recommend it still. great summer shoe for casual days
