Got a shipping delay email for both of my pairs of MCs

Thinking about purchasing a pair of multicolors on ebay, but don't want to go that route if there's a chance the option comes back on Nikeid. I know on Twitter Nike has been telling people it won't be returning, but anyone think they're just saying that to get people to stop asking?

My thoughts as I impatiently wait for my pair's to be shipped: 

I wonder if Nike is going to release a gum sole option?

I wish that Nike would have released a 3M option for the swoosh. . . I mean can you imagine?!

I believe that the Kobe 9 may be on of the most successful Player ID shoe to come out. The last ID I made was a 2004 dunk low with pebble leather and patent leather accents. The options alone this year forced me to order two pairs. 

Just my perspective.

My volt swoosh came out good wish the sole wasnt dull though. If there had been a solid volt option I woulda gone that route.
