Pretty much if you don't have evidence to go with a lie and you think they're lying choose doubt.
I actually went through that White Shoe slaughter or whatever it was called and got every answer right

When you find out who the Black Dahlia is I didn't remember right away. Had to think about it. That was an interesting twist. But how does all that evidence in each case stack up to build such strong cases against people? Granted you had choices between a couple guys. But to have different guys running from the police, burning bloody shoes, having bloody clothing, bloody tire irons, etc. and these people were all killed by the same guy? How the hell does that work?

went to the store earlier during lunch break and the store i buy it from is still waiting for their stocks (Region 1) this afternoon. wasted parking fee. 

Region 3 version of the game is readily available here, though.
