OFFICIAL LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS 2024-2025 SEASON THREAD

With 2 of those games against two of the best home teams in the NBA. Was worried about this trip from the jump. The Minny loss hurts though.

minny shot out of their minds, kinda upbeat with the trade etc. those losses always exist on the schedule. #MyRockets beat the lakers on their homecourt then got their doors blown off by phoenix the next night  it happens

like ive been saying, if you're struggling just wait til you play the clips

didnt the wolves break their 15 or 16 game losing streak? then the philly issues seems to disappear against the clips celtics didnt even have brown and the clips was practically losing the whole game

Health is key man. If we are healthy, we will be hard to beat. All the pnr Boston did that the Clippers switched wouldn't have worked as well with a healthy PG and Beverly on the floor with mook, klaw and trezz.

Kawhi didn't have the best game, but I think that was because of well timed doubles and it was incredible how many deflections Boston had. They were really disruptive.

Lou will did his thing and definitely got screwed on that 4 point play at the end. Not saying that would have won the game...but hey. Refs sucked again too.

I've heard "why isn't kawhi guarding Tatum?" He was...Boston would run pnr and get klaw off Tatum. With our chemistry and continuity issues I don't feel like it was the time for doc to say..."screw the switch everything" we are gonna start soft hedge and catch or whatever on Tatum etc. It would-be just created too many holes. Especially with mook being new.

Look hit a few big shots. And he hasn't been the "ball stopper" folks make him out to be.

I'm on board with you guys now, to have no continuity, no chemistry, no consistency and be a game out of 2 seed, and 5 out of the 1, we are in great shape.

I truly believe that everyone that's been held out, has been held out longer than needed for precautionary purposes. I feel like if this were the playoffs, everybody would be available...maybe 50/50 for pg. Hopefully pg sits out at least 2 weeks and really gets that hammy right.

IMO

what's the playoff rotation look like? i've got it as:

bev - pg - kawhi - morris - zubac
lou - trezl - shamet - green

from ESPN

News: 13 hours agoJackson and the Pistons have agreed to a contract buyout, and he's expected to sign with the Clippers upon clearing waivers, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Spin: Jackson missed significant time due to injury this season, but he started Detroit's final six games before the All-Star break and had three 20-point games in that span. Jackson will take on a reduced role with the Clippers, but he'll bring more depth to a Western Conference contender that also added Marcus Morris at the deadline.

if reggie can be a pnr asset and push the ball, along with shooting his season avg 37%...this is a win

why tf these guys always strugglin against crappy teams, second game ina row the kings are running them out the building

just so annoying when we know what they are capable of

nuggest and utah lost last night, this is their chance to create some separation/narrow down the records

Lou is incapable of making a pass out of the PnR without jumping. Most predictable PnR player. Are PG and Bev ever coming back?

^^^ I heard yesterday on the radio that PG and PatBev have been fully participating in practice, so I hope that means they’ll be in games again soon.

gotta get it together. i agree HIM HIM lou in pnr like pulling teeth sometimes. games like this make me sick. we really need bev back

time to get our core 9 guys healthy and start giving them serious burn in order to get chemistry going

Never seen Kawhi as mad as he was today :lol

Don’t blame him.PG is gonna end up missing critical playoff games and we’re gonna be back to the injury-riddled Lob Cityplayoff days. I wouldn’t have it any other way

+1 i honestly believe that the clippers are holding out guys longer on purpose for safety precautions. just IMO

damn, seems like ive never seen this kind of defensive intensity in forever since it happens so far and few in between

playing with urgency

now lets keep it up for 48min

i think we are about to go on a big run...

we havent seen this kind of defensive intensity all season. we are world beaters if we defend like this

We kicked *** tonight. And we owed Memphis one too. Looking fwd to seeing this mindset carry over tomorrow vs. Phx and against Denver and Philly later this week
