How rare are the "Swingman" ones?

Not really rare, most footlockers have both. Nike was originally going to use the ones with the "halo" around them but decided last minute not to but tons of pairs still made it out
Thanks for the comments on the lightnings! Been looking for years! Had them once and made the mistake of trading them away

Word is, It's about 25% of the inventory that have the "halo's" so TECH they are rare, but it's not a big deal to most, not me
