I don't know if they ship, but the Nike Clearance Store in San Leandro had two pairs of 2009s in size 8 (I think 1 White and 1 Black) for $60, and they probably have more in other sizes. They also had Black / Blue Penny 2s for $60...
 
toki's were $64.99, $45 after the the 30% off.

I grabbed 2 pairs of those and a pair of half cents for $49.
 
^ black, only 8.5 and under was left earlier, 30% sale ended today so their back up to $69.99
