**Official Meek Mill Thread****Dreamchasers IV Out Now**

There's a reason why some people are ghostwriters and others are performers. Quentin Miller apparently is a good ghostwriter (if that's what he is). Drake is clearly a good performer. He was on Degrassi for 7 years, so he knows a thing or two about memorizing lines, and making it come across in a good way.

Underrated actor too. Look at old videos and videos of him around Wayne and them now.

Because Q himself said he didn't write whole verses that he and Drake would write stuff together. It's a bunch of ****** in here who have never been in a studio or any type of creative space talking out their ***.

I mean what else would you expect a GHOST writer to say? Your whole post makes it seem like q didn't do anything but go in the booth and repeat after drake. Like I said I'm not a rapper. I play basketball, I pay gym fees but I damn sure wouldn't call myself a basketball player like I play for the lakers with kobe and them.

I'm far from a drake or meek fan but I actually had some respect for drake as an artist with some of the bars I heard. It tripped me out when he started switching up his flow then I heard the reference tracks and it started to make sense. I remember when it first came out that gilly was writing for weezy, I checked out some of his work and it was nothing like wayne. Then they fell out, gilly spilled the beans and had that freestyle on rap city and it was clear as day. So I wouldn't put anything past him based on what's said in interviews or q's individual work

I mean that's the point, though, no? The people making a big deal about this don't know how the rap industry works. You're not a ghost writer when you're credited on songs. Drake has always been open about collaborating with people on writing tracks.

You're naïveté or misunderstanding doesn't make this a big deal. And the people harping on it never liked Drake's music to begin with. Of course he didn't come up with every single flow he uses on his 1,000 songs by himself. Everything about him is derivative as ****.

This might be one of the realest statements in this thread.  People that wasnt checking for the dude in the first place are the ones  who are most outraged.  Mad because the people who liked dude's music still like dude's music

Like why is it so serious to yall that someone else like's Drake's music? You not gettin paid off of it either way.  If you dont like it, fine.  But the n*s in here mad about what other people like or trying to down what they like to listen to, Thats hater tendencies

Thank you. Has nothing to do with being a fan or not, dudes completely shifting the subject to something irrelevant. You got dudes writing your verses on features and half your album. But it's a big misunderstanding :lol.

If he didn't get credited for songs he wrote hat makes all else fishy is what people are saying. Yeah he's credited on songs but some songs there's proof of him writing he doesn't have a credit for. So what about the rest of the songs? Just because no one is credited doesn't mean no one else didn't write em, that's what they are saying. If the music is enjoyable cool, go enjoy it in the drake thread. This is tan/meek thread, let's see them twerk gifs
