**Official Meek Mill Thread****Dreamchasers IV Out Now**

I think it's cuz he has yet to make albums better than his mixtapes...like his mixtapes>>>>> most ****** discographies but his albums for some reason always come up short. Prolly cuz of the production cuz he still be spitting

I don't think that's it cuz nowadays mixtapes are albums. Krit is probably the best overall artist in this generation but he doesn't appeal to the turn up, trappin crowd and it's nothing wrong that crowd, I bump A LOT of trap **** but Krit probably has the best catalog over the last 5 years and he gets little credit. If this was the 90's Krit would be getting his shine. Being signed to a label that's lost doesn't help either. He shoulda stayed independent.

^ this wale been had bars. His whiny attitude is what holds him back. Drake makes hits. Meek needs new subject matter. Every meek track contains at least 3 things

1.rollie reference,
2. Ghost reference
3. Maybach reference
Or a coke reference

this just isn't true...I'm convinced dudes just listen to his radio songs and form a judgement...meek do talk his **** sometimes but he also touch on a lot of things that most rappers don't or get way more praise for..go listen to that cream freestyle..Trillest...even in his interviews..

Wale is in my top 3, modern day, bar none. He's entitled to attack critiques (ESPECIALLY current, flavor-of-the-moment fans) he's a student of the game, and actually is creative, musically and artistically. He's "Wordplay 'Le" for a reason! Lyrically, I only put him, J. Cole, and Kendrick in the same category. Everyone is lightyears behind. You STILL need lyrics, in terms of grading your music.

His #1 with the sports references, fashion, social issues, rap serenading, I can go on and on. He's the perfect blend of substance and tunes based on partying. Wale came into the game unique, and has remained unique. In a era where these guys are mediocre in all categories, and it's a 95% copycat "league", Wale is a star and most others are getting zapped into blackholes.

Pretty much disagree with everything said.

He makes music for women, his bars are average, flow is trash and hasn't he been singing lately? Only heard his new album once and wish I hadn't but I thought he was singing. He's not doing anything different except lashing out at men and women because he's a insecure *****. Not unique at all, doing what everyone else does.

Wale better than Meek though. Meek is below average lyrically.

You got mad at dude for telling the truth :lol :lol

He is "Rollie Meek"

:lol :lol :lol

Tony Story, Dreamchasers, Real, and a few songs from his Flamers series. That's it, when it comes to conscious stuff. He sold out for the fame, that's what he wanted. Deal with it. All he talks about is cars, rollie's, margiela's and givenchy (Dude had no fashion sense when he broke into the mainstream, still has no style) etc.

Meek is srictly for hood cats that spend $10,000 in the strip club, but their children are at home starving with dirty diapers.

Don't speak on Wale, when you apparently have not heard most of his work from 2006 - present :lol :lol :lol

Is somebody really talking up wale in 2015?

That man is the rap game Josh Smith.

Drakes writers > wale

Talking up facts? Yea

Drakes writers either weren't marketable, or didn't have the guile and self confidence to forge their own career. That's why their behind closed doors :lol :lol

Wale = K.Dot, J. Cole, KRIT >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Meek

Heard all of his earlier work up to AD. My boy was in the studio with him a lot. You sound like a groupie.

Don't ever categorize me as a groupie. I show respect to a person who, in my opinion, is a talented artist and lunguist. Your boy must be a fake and snake, if he and/or you were in the studio with a guy, who you each disliked...

I'm embarrassed for you. You sound like a bird. My boy is a fake and a snake? Nah, my boy likes his music and still talks to him this day. First I couldn't speak on it because I didn't hear his earlier ****. Now that I have heard his earlier ****, me and my boy are snakes. You sound as foolish as the people in the Drake & Co. thread.

Wale is the kinda rapper u try to like but he makes it hard for u. If u listen to his music and don't like it don't voice your opinion, he might just get emotional and angry at u for having an opinion. If son stopped with the antics and tough guy **** he would probably get more love. Son threw juicy j under the bus smh.

Agree with all of this. He's a good rapper but his music ain't that good. It's ok to be serious about your work but dude is flat out to damn sensitive.

Wale doesn't have the best delivery or voice, and I think some people are turned off by that. He requires you to listen. Some people sound good saying nothing(CL Smooth), as if they were born to rap.

Like when Guru said it's mostly the voice.

Save that mess. Be embarrassed at who raised you, and take up your displeasure with whomever you pray to. Again, why did you bring your boy up, in the first place? OK, he had sessions with Wale? What does that have to do with you? You sound like a homeboy "groupie", if that's the case. Like passing notes or six degrees of seperation, "My homeboy, was here, with such and such, so, we're this and that"

You sound silly. I'm basing this strictly off the music I've heard and deciphered. You sound bitter, as if my opinion of him makes or breaks your happiness. You need to tap into your self esteem.

Bro, you gotta be Wale.

Can I get some show tickets fam? :hat

Hahahahaha, okay. You said I didn't hear his earlier ****, I'm telling you I heard all of his early **** and songs you never heard. That was the point but you win. Carry on. Enjoy listening to Wale and I'll continue not to.

And he had the nerve to say I sound mad..lol

cars, clothes, and women is what most rappers talk about nowadays anyway, so what makes meek so different..Really, how many mainstream rappers that's young enough for the younger generation to care about what their saying other than j.cole and Kendrick talks in a conscious way. None that I know of..I don't hear these guys talking about what's really going in these hoods...meek just last night posted about Sandra bland..

And to the guy that mention wale delivery is correct...He raps with no energy...It almost sounds as if Hes at a poetry slam or something..
