Lucked out and picked these up on eBay. For $50 I couldn't pass up the opportunity. Luckily the band on MN shorts are flexible, and the size 36 feels fitted. So far I've owned authentics in 3 diff sizes 36/40/44.

Nah, only pairs that have had clovers on the leg are the alternates. The regular green or white would only have a clover on the waistband. Unless he adds them on there.
