Are there any pics of Kobe in the blue Lakers uni's in '96? All I keep seeing is when he was wearing them a few years ago but nothing in his rookie year.

IIRC the Lakers weren't wearing that retro uni in 96? I know they were celebrating the 50th anniversary of the NBA in 97, but I think the most they did was one off nights in retro unis if any at all, that's why there is the NBA 50 patch on all 96-97 uni's and jackets. The only teams I know off top that wore retro uni's that early was the Knicks/Raptors when they played the first reg season game in either 96 or 97, but that was specific to those two teams that played each other 50 years early as the Toronto Huskies/NYK.

Lakers did wear those during the NBA@50 season. HOWEVER, Kobe didn't play the game(s) it was worn. The only time he wore that model was when they wore it again in '03-'04, this time made by Nike and dri-fit.
This is one of those jerseys M&N has that the player actually never wore. I really wish they would do a dri-fit version with larger Name on back, to match the Nike version.

Damn, that collection is nice. Especially the 97-98 gold font home. IIRC they are going to produce the 2001 dazzle/shiny Away (as opposed to the mesh that is already available). For me that is the quintessential Iverson jersey.

Noticed that the Iverson Phila swingman Jersey has a wider sleeves cut than the other swingman jerseys. Is this supposed to be like this? It would look better if the sleeves are a little thinner in my opinion. Thanks for your opinion!
