Took some suits to get tailored. Brought some shorts to see about pockets. Tailor said it would be $50. Would have to order the zippers and it would be crazy labor intensive. Said no thanks.

Just two regular pockets. He said 4-6 weeks and it's been 8

Knew I should've gotten them done over winter

I don't know if most get pockets on the sides just for the look, but I just get one pocket in the rear and my tailor does it for 25 bucks.

He does it at the belt line with a plastic zipper. (My preference)

For $75 more over retail of regular authentics you get the crotch protector logos stitched on, extra long draw strings with metal aglets, 2 pockets, zippered pockets on the back. It's worth it in my opinion.
