they really dont, i returned a hat cuz of QC issues a few years ago, they accepted the package, then didnt hit me up at all left me on stuckit's their product that's at fault. they should care.

Either way though, you'd probably would have better luck getting your money back going back to where you bought it from since those are clearly messed up.
