He pitched ok tonight, I'll give him that; probably his best start since his first one in Detroit. But he's WILD inconsistent, and it's a crapshootevery time he pitches. The offense is not going to be there to bail him out every time.

He's young, you give him time and he will produce.
The entire rotation has struggled at one point or another, Hughes did fine today and that's all that should matter.
As of NOW Him >>>> Wang whom he replaced. So if you're anxious to go back to Wang, be my guest.
Let the young boy get some more experience under his belt and he should be fine.

I wasn't referring to his last few outings at all. Today was a good game from Hughes and to have Aceves to pitch the 6th inning was juststupid. Here's another stupid move by Girardi to have Mo pitch a 4 out save. Its like we are playing the Boston Red Sox here and Youkilis is at bat.
