Thank you! Definitely an experience of a lifetime! It was amazing. A bunch of things had to fall into place... like the Phillieswinning game 5 so that there would actually be a game 6... a girl friend of mine saying I could stay at her place, finding a ticket, Yankees winning game 6(paying for a game 7 would have been tough)... etc etc.... I ended up not leaving Seattle until Tuesday at 10:00 PM, getting into NYC on Wednesday (game day)at 5:30 AM

PLENTY of time

I was definitely celebrating... Yankee Stadium was rocking & loud for game 6! Plus the Bronx was getting LIVE/HYPED afterward

And the victory parade was absolutely NUTS, SO packed! Never seen so manypeople wearing clothes of a sports team in one area as there were people wearing Yankees gear in the city on Friday! That was awesome. Besides the fact theWorld Series hats sold out

now I gotta order mine

The whole thing was all pretty surreal though!
I still need to watch the game (you can download it on iTunes for I think $1.99)... as it's different watching it in person compared to on TV.
All the loud chants were awesome in the Stadium... I hope people could tell how loud it was on TV

Haha, I might post some. Not for a little while though... home stretch for LSAT studying (test December 5th) & got to get application in by early-January

So the rays picked up the option on Crawford. Looks like we'll have to wait till next year to sign him when he is a complete FA. I still wouldn't beshocked if we signed Figgins. I was also reading something that if they would sign Figgins, that the Yankees would be better served by moving A-Rod to LF.Found it kind of interesting since I remember that when I was watching a Yankees broadcast this past summer, they said that the Yankees infielders alwayscracked jokes at A-Rod because he had a difficulty with popups.

Matsui, Damon, Hinske, Nady, and Molina all file for free agency. We need to bring back hinske and molina for our bench, and also Matt Holliday continues towhine about how much he wants to be a yankee
