Turned on a D-League game on NBAtv.... and noticed Taylor Griffin is still playing ball. Why is he so much whiter looking than Blake?

You still showing your face around here?

What happened to Boston being "the best team in the NBA" this season?

LOL of course fam. Just giving the season a little time to get going. At this point the games dont mean much. Yes I still have the C's winning the whole thing. Lets not derail the thread though.

Carmelo showed his true colors last night. Dude been a loser since he left Syracuse and is now proving that hes a mental ******. I had a slither of hope for the Knicks this year too but not when their star player is acting like a 5 year old.

i dont see what the big deal is with john wall. he will easily shed the weight off once he is healthy. it is basically still the offseason for him and he hasnt been able to do much conditioning.

i agree, kg will basically talk trash to everyone in the league and knows how far he can push it. howerver, he isnt going to say some personal stuff to the crazy guys (artest, tony allen, zbo, sjax, etc) because those guys dont bluff. kg talks to guys like wade, lebron, kobe but they proceed to ball. melo allowed kg to get in his head.

:lol @ that Melo video.. He's ***.. He wasn't gon' do **** in front of all those people

I keep telling people Rudy Gay isn't that good. Especially factoring how overpaid he is.

Vincent Goodwill@vgoodwill

After seeing that vid, I don't think Melo really wanted to fight. But it shows how little he thinks of KG as a fighter. Wanted to punk him

Vincent Goodwill@vgoodwill

If you don't wanna fight, but you know the other guy's desire to NOT fight is greater than yours, what do you do? Wait by the bus for him

and thats what it comes down to.

you can still eat right

Which he probably doesn't do. Not sure how much his diet has changed, but the local station did a feature on Wall a year or two ago, and his fridge was stocked w/ junk.

Ty Lawson about possibly playing the Lakers in the 1st round:

"We goin' bust their (behinds) and they going deal with it. Easy. Easy work"

:rollin

I still don't why they even ask him that, being that Denver is like an 8th seed right now :lol

Suns and Grizzlies are in talks of a Jared Dudley and first round draft pick for Rudy Gay trade.

You gotta believe that the year they made their run without Gay has them thinkin he's easily replaceable. That's the only thing I can figure.

Dudley and a 1 is a damn steal for Phoenix and I don't even know what their makeup is yet, or where they want to go. Gortat, Gay, Dragic, Scola.....Marshall? Shannon? Frye still count for next year maybe? If they get our pick and it turns out pretty good, they could still add a young body to the team. Meh.

But if all you doin is givin up Dudley, and getting Rudy, I do that and never look back. And Dudley would fit in well with Memphis, real well probably.
You cannot rationalize this in any way. Rudy> Dudley that is it.
@NYDNInterNets A source tells the Daily News the player who was questioned by police is Andray Blatche

Of course
Report: 76ers tried to trade for Thunder point guard Eric Maynor
The Philadelphia 76ers are enjoying a fantastic season from point guard Jrue Holiday after signing the fourth-year player to a four-year, $41 million contract extension in October.

He's averaging career highs in points, assists and rebounds, and he is shooting a career-best 45 percent from the field. Any doubts of him living up to his new contract that could be worth roughly $46 million with "reachable" incentives have been quickly put to rest, but that doesn't mean he doesn't need help on the court or a break from running the team.

The Sixers have struggled to find an acceptable backup point guard option with Maalik Wayns (recently waived) and Royal Iveyboth providing minutes behind Holiday, but not really doing the job. This reportedly led to the Sixers trying to pluck backup point guard Eric Maynor away from the Oklahoma City Thunder. John Mitchell of the Philadelphia Inquirer tweeted:
According to a source with the knowledge of the situation, the Sixers explored a trade for OKC guard Eric Maynor.
Maynor is coming off of an ACL tear in January 2012 and has really struggled to regain the form that made him such a valuable backup point guard before his injury. He's shooting just 30.6 percent from the field and has a player-efficiency rating of just 7.6, well below the averaging PER rating of 15.

Looking at the contracts of players on the two teams, the options the Sixers would have to offer in a straight up deal would be Maynor for Kwame Brown or Maynor for Lavoy Allen. They could also package Arnett Moultrie and Damien Wilkins for Maynor.

I, for one, am shocked the Thunder didn't push for Kwame Brown here.
