It's a tie game and there's 10 seconds left and it's not exactly a 1000% surefire layup with a defender back and 1 close enough to come contest as well. I could see Lebron James doing the EXACT same thing in that scenario.

Giannis, Lebron, and Harden would have finished. KD too. That’s asking too much of Lonzo

his mentality is not to score. you would think he would just go at Reddick and get a layup. But I think he wanted to find a teammate and make sure they get the last shot. Just not in his DNA to look for his own offense.

You're missing the point. It wasn't about not looking for his own offense. He took the time off the clock and guaranteed the lakers at least going into OT as opposed to going up by 2 and giving the sixers enough time to run a set for a 3.

Again...which scenario do think Lebron James opts for here:

A) Jump over Reddick because you can and get a bucket. Maybe even an and-1 if Covington wants to test. Have the opponent call a timeout with about 6-7 seconds left in the game having to defend your own basket.

B) Pull it out and exercise the best possible judgment with the goal of ending the game or go to OT.

When you consider the fact the game winning shot came as a result of him drawing 5 defenders to the basket (despite not being able to finish ALL year long)...I don't know how the story today can be "well he should have attacked and he didn't because he can't".

Didn't Bron use to get KILLED for making the exact same "non-aggressive" but "smart" decisions early on?

Excellent story about Omar Cook

Archbishop Molloy HS Alumni, Yatta Gaines sat down wit Streets First host A Butta to discuss his big shot against the Cavs, playing in the NBA, being the 3rd ALL-TIME scorer at Archbishop Molloy, playing overseas, the difference in lifestyles, and much more. Every story is different make sure you listen!!

Simmons and your entire second team.

I don't believe Simmons should be a starter, but I was going on the fan vote.

I can't see any guards but Kyrie getting more votes than him.

This list is if the game was played tomorrow. I can't see the coaches not rewarding winning

I doubt Ben Simmons beats out Wall or Derozan in the fan vote in his first season.

And KP may damn near start. The fan vote between he and Embiid should be close.

You’re asking me if Lebron attacks JJ Redick in that situation?

I’m confused
