Look at what Russ does when he doesn't have the ball in his hands on offense and that will answer your offensive rebounds question.
I can guarantee you there's about 10 plus players in the nba and many more in nba history if they teams were built around the nonsense that is Russ ball that could do it.

I have never thought , I need my pg to get me ten rebounds or my pg is a bad rebounder. It's really unnecessary .
 
These OKC announcers are just as lost talking about it's hard to grab rebounds from the point guard position. Really not that tough when you lead the NBA in least contested shots, tells alot about where you are on defense.

Least contested shots and boards. Dude hangs out in the paint with the bigs who dont even jump so he can get it.
